We are currently managing a Technical writer role to join a growing technology-driven organization focused on innovation and excellence in project execution.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious professional to lead the documentation process while supporting users and contributing to deployments, testing, and template configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full documentation lifecycle (user and admin manuals) using Markdown and version-controlled environments.
- Maintain and update documentation with each new release, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and technical consistency.
- Provide technical support to end users via email and other communication channels, escalating potential bugs to the development team.
- Manage and configure data templates (JSON-based forms) and support information exchange workflows within the platform.
- Contribute to intermediate-level troubleshooting and error analysis in modern web-based environments.
- Assist in technical operational tasks such as HTTPS certificate renewals and controlled updates.
Requirements:
- Experience working with technical documentation in Markdown (version-controlled environments preferred).
- Familiarity with Git (ideally GitHub) for documentation and version management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Understanding of modern web technologies and structured troubleshooting practices.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (GCP preferred) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cryptography concepts (digital certificates, HTTPS).
- Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.
- Fluent written Spanish and English (documentation will be written in both languages).
