We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to guide a senior multidisciplinary engineering team and support the delivery of complex technical initiatives. This role combines people leadership, project oversight, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior technical team with clear strategic and technical direction.

• Foster collaboration, autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with technical departments and business stakeholders to deliver complex projects.

• Plan project tasks, allocate work efficiently, and monitor delivery timelines.

• Mentor team members and support their professional development.

• Define performance metrics, working processes, and management reports.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in technical environments, including at least 2 years leading teams of 5 or more people.

• Strong technical background across software, digital-electronics hardware, IP, or related fields.

• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Valuable: experience in semiconductors, CPU architecture, SoC design, RISC-V ISA, UVM, formal verification, or coverage metrics.
