We are working with an early-stage SaaS fast-growing company who is building a game-changing highly innovative platform for the tech ecosystem in Barcelona. They are looking for a communicative, curious and ambitious Technical Operations associate.

Responsibilites: 

• Execute exploratory, unscaled tasks, such as testing and annotating the performance of conversational models in collaboration with AI Engineering leads.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects, ensuring smooth progress, removing blockers, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage onboarding and oversight of external vendors and resources as required.
• Use tools, systems, and data to analyze trends, deliver insights, and continuously optimize processes

Requirements: 

• Experience in managing vendors and external resources.
• Background in customer service or operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated academic and professional track record of excellence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
