Tech Lead / Project Manager (Java & Angular)

We are currently managing a Tech Lead / Project Manager role for a firm with over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector that is scaling up their Tech department!

We are trying to find a developer with strong knowledge in both Java and Angular that will help lead technical initiatives, ensure high-quality deliverables, and provide a global technical vision across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and manage project lifecycles to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.

• Define robust technical solutions, design REST APIs, and drive the continuous improvement of current architectures.

• Execute cross-functional development using Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and Angular while maintaining the ability to work in other environments like Python.

• Provide mentorship and perform code reviews to elevate the overall technical standard of the team.

• Collaborate with product and technical profiles to define solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of previous experience as a Fullstack developer with recent roles in technical leadership or project management.

• Demonstrable expert-level proficiency in Java and Angular.

• A versatile profile with prior knowledge or experience in Python and a curiosity for working with various tech stacks.

• Expert use of Git and solid experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with relational databases and knowledge of automated testing.

• Strong leadership capacity, excellent communication skills, and strategic vision.

• High level of Spanish.
