We are seeking an experienced and innovative Tech Lead with Django experience.

Tech Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to our talented development team.

  • Elevate the team's performance and contribute to internal dynamic improvements.

• Code Quality Oversight:

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality.

  • Uphold standards that result in the production of top-tier software.

• Technical Project Definition:

  • Take charge of core developments by defining all project phases.

  • Lead from initial idea conception to project deployment.

• Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with our CTO to strategize team dynamics.

  • Ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

• Deliver Excellence:

  • Aim consistently for the highest quality in project delivery.

  • Meet or exceed expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Requirements: 

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive expertise in Django, Python, and MySQL.
• Profound experience in working with microservices and containers.
• Considerable proficiency in frontend development.
• Great experience in working with AWS.
• In-depth understanding and advocacy for coding best practices.
• Demonstrated history of leading technical projects, from definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Consistent track record of delivering high-quality results promptly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Possesses a problem-solving and growth mindset with a passion for innovation.
• High proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
