Tech Director for a GreenTech Startup

We are currently managing a Tech Director role for an innovative and fast-growing GreenTech startup. You will work in a young and competitive environment focusing on delvering the best possible work.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a technology strategy.
- Bring the support needed and mentor the technical team, promoting professional growth.
- Set up and optimize code repositories and databases, and analyze internal parameters.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience and knowledge of AWS, Python and PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication skills, as well as problem-solving and resilience.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Past experience working in a Startup.
