Swedish Support Engineer for an International HealthTech

We are currently managing an SwedishSupport Engineer for an international scale-up focused on the healthcare sector.
We are trying to find a technical candidate with knowledge in both Swedish support and Network that will collaborate with the medical stuff and the Business Unit (remote and on-site).
The role entails advanced server and networking administration, along with system integrations with clients and partners
Swedish Support Engineer responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to medical collaborators and employees worldwide during office hours.
- Participate in the rotation for out-of-office hours (evenings and weekends) IT support.
- Utilize JIRA ticketing system for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
- Monitor IT Dashboard and promptly respond to auto-created and unassigned tickets.
- Manually create tickets when issues are reported via Hangouts chat.
- Escalate tickets to IT integration engineers when necessary.
- Deliver hardware and software training to new office staff and doctors (IT introduction sessions).
- Activate doctors in new regions by establishing connections with external systems.
- Configure and maintain workstations for all employees and collaborators.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, specifically in Google Workspace, Active Directory, and FreeRadius.
- Keep IT documentation up to date on Confluence and Google Drive.
- Coordinate with external equipment/software/services vendors as required for assistance.
- Assist in customer integration projects, including implementation and testing.
- Perform periodic checks on assigned equipment as outlined in the Server Maintenance Plan in collaboration with an IT integration engineer.
- Take responsibility for identified risks and manage them effectively.
- Actively participate in the adoption and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in IT support or relevant field, or a proven track record in IT support.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and expertise in desktop troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS/DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with application virtualization such as VMWare and Citrix is advantageous.
- Experience with healthcare-related technologies, protocols, and standards (DICOM, HL7, MirthConnect, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and work with diverse technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Spanish is an additional asset.
- Strong social and communicative abilities, diplomatic approach, and adaptability to an international virtual team environment.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to excel in a multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Capable of handling complex technical situations and challenges in a composed and professional manner.
- High energy level and ability to thrive under stress.
