Support Data Analyst for Retail Company

We are currently managing a rol as a Support Data Analyst for one of the Top 10 IT Digital Hub in Barcelona with offices in Barcelona to join their agile and multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the incidences.
- Communicate proactively and keep users informed.
- Handle data incidents through our support portal.
- Analyze reported incidents to determine priority, impact, and accountability.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent multitasking skills to adapt priorities dynamically.
- Strong experience with ticketing tools such as Jira.
- Experience in dashboard creation (Power BI is a plus).
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical clients/stakeholders.
