SRE / DevOps engineer (Fintech)

SRE/DevOps engineer for a fast-growing fintech

We are currently managing a SRE/DevOps role for a fast-growing fintech (SaaS).

Responsibilites: 

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support a large SaaS platform.

• Implement effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems with clear post-mortems.

• Automate processes and infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) to improve efficiency.

• Optimize system performance, reliability, and security in collaboration with development teams.

• Ensure clear documentation, participate in architecture reviews, and foster cross-team collaboration.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role within a SaaS environment.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform (or similar IaC), GCP, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog), CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions), and scripting (Python, Bash).

• Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
