Squad Lead – Product 

At IKIGAI Talent, we are managing a Squad Lead role for a fast-growing Start-up, leader in its sector, building technology with real world impact.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Frontend, Backend, Fullstack Engineers, and Product Designers (team size: 6–12 people).
• Report directly to the CPTO, acting as a key strategic partner in defining product vision and execution.
• Drive the roadmap aligned with one of the company’s strategic missions, ensuring strong business and customer impact.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, sensors, advanced automation, etc) and integrate them into the product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within high-tech or engineering-driven environments.
• Strong experience leading product teams in fast-paced tech companies with real world impact.
• Outcomes-oriented mindset: focus on measurable impact over process or task management.
• Strong critical thinking and structured communication.
• “Hard, smart & long” mentality: work with intensity and passion for the mission.
