Software developer in Test for an American FinTech

We are looking for an experienced Software developer in Test + Automation engineer to join an American Fintech company dedicated to automating financial processes, optimizing operations, and reducing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with backend and platform engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in test automation using Python and Pytest.
- Experience in integrations.
- AI & Data knowledge is a nice-to-have.
- High level of English.

- Salary Range: According to experience
- Hybrid work model: first remote with 2 in person meetings/monthly
