ServiceNow Functional Analyst for a Global SaaS Platform

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team for an International Start-Up that specializes in providing solutions and services related to software managment and quality in cloud environments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Participate with Product Owners in defining new features for the product through ServiceNow.
• Contribute to building an exceptional, efficient and easy to use tool.
• Develop business user stories together with the product owner.
• Support the testing, implementation and release of new features to the customers. 

Requirements:

• Certifications and a good knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical reasoning skills.
• Enthusiastic about cloud environments and keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features
• Team player, with the ability to work with many different stakeholders.
• Fluent in english.
