Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for high-impact roles across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other key business areas. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans, attract hard-to-find talent, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for strategic roles across technical, digital, and business functions.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define profiles, priorities, and selection processes.

• Source and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and targeted outreach.

• Drive an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

• Support employer branding activities and contribute to onboarding, retention, and people initiatives as needed.

• Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closing.

• Proven experience hiring technical and digital profiles in technology-driven or high-growth environments.

• Advanced sourcing capabilities and a strong network within the technology and digital ecosystem.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.

• High autonomy and accountability, with a business-oriented mindset and comfort using AI tools and automation.
