Senior .NET Engineer for a Leading European IT Retail Company

We are currently managing a Senior .NET Engineer role for one of the biggest IT retail companies in Europe to joing the team and help scale up the product and face the technological challenges ahead. 

Responsibilities:

• Software Development & Ownership ? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Quality & Security ? Apply best practices, security standards, and testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to maintain code excellence.
• Collaboration & Agile Mindset ? Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimization & Documentation ? Monitor system performance, manage incidents, and document architecture, code, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise ? Proficiency in C# and React, with experience in scalable applications using .NET Core/.NET. Strong understanding of frontend & backend architectures, cloud services, and security best practices.
• DevOps & Infrastructure ? Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Software Quality & Performance ? Solid grasp of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E), system monitoring, and database optimization (relational & NoSQL).
• Collaboration & Mindset ? Strong communication skills in English, ability to work in Agile teams, problem-solving mindset, and a product-focused approach to delivering business value. (Bonus: Experience with marketing automation projects & cloud platforms like Azure/GCP).

• Salary Range: 55-70k depending on the experience.
