Senior Java Developer – Trading Systems

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a technology team focused on high-performance trading platforms. You will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of mission-critical trading applications while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop components and services for trading platforms.

• Enhance existing trading systems to support new business requirements.

• Collaborate with trading teams, architects, and product owners to deliver reliable technical solutions.

• Write clean, well-tested Java code and participate in code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements across the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience.

• Proven experience with trading applications, including order management, execution, pricing, or risk systems.

• Knowledge of FIX protocol, market data feeds, APIs, and Spring Boot.

• Solid unit testing practices using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with Azure (Function Apps, App Services, Service Bus, AKS) or an equivalent cloud platform such as AWS or Google Cloud.
