Sales Manager for a PropTech Start-up based in Mataró

We are currently seeking for a Sales Manager to coordinate and lead the Growth & Lead Generation Strategy for the company.

Sales Manager responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement sales strategies according to the company’s goal and accelerate growth.
  • Manage the sales team, trainings and follow up with performance.
  • Understand clients needs and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analize the processes with the Operations Team and the KPIs of the Sales Department to enhance our goals.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record as a Sales Director or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in Sales and/or Marketing and managing relationships with key customers.
  • Commercial awareness associated with a strategic mindset
  • Exellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the Real Estate and /or in digital business
  • Analytical and adaptation capacity
