Sales Executive for a Payment Solutions Company
We are currently managing a Sales Executive role for a B2B & SaaS Start-up in Barcelona!
This company is the leading provider of omnichannel B2B Payment Solutions, and offers a wide range of innovative technologies, allowing buyers to enjoy additional payment terms without sellers having to assume credit risk.
As a Sales-Founding Team (Spain), you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts for our Fintech platform in Spain.
You will be in a full cycle mode, prospecting new Outbound opportunities through Cold Calling, and closing those prospects with Demos to get our first customers in Spain.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Identify the most relevant segments in coordination with the growth marketing team.
- Design your prospection and closing strategy in collaboration with the global sales team.
- Cold call and close potential customers to achieve your targets.
- Collect key information about the market and your buyer persona.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to adapt our features.
- Create scalable processes to start the construction of a future international department.
- You will be at the core of the internationalization strategy which is crucial right now.
- Depending on results and attitude, you could take over responsibilities quickly to expand our growth.
- You should be a top-notch sales with a proven & successful track record (prospecting and closing) with an entrepreneurial mindset and a very rigorous person.
- Consulting experience in consulting firms is a plus.
- Hunting spirit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (engage in complex conversations with C-Level interlocutors).
- You are curious to explore a new market and proactive to drive the strategy.
- Strong organization methods and process-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Familiarity with the local market and business landscape.
- Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a plus.
- Salary range: Up to 45k + 20k bonus for On Target Earnings.
- FULL REMOTE working model.
