Sales Director for Edtech Scale-up at Barcelona


We are seeking a Sales Director to join a leading Edtech based in Barcelona and with clients in more than 60 countries. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Scale-up that offers an innovative learning platform with a great impact on children’s learning results thanks to gamifying reading and AI.


  • Sales strategies development.
  • Lead the sales team through Marketing, Telemarketing, SDR and Customer Success managers. 
  • Cross-departmental collaboration within Funnel teams (Marketing, Telemarketing, SDR and Customer Success).
  • Data analysis and metrics tracking to evaluate team and product performance. 
  • Identify and manage key customer accounts.


  • Experience in SaaS sales and B2B IT solutions, ideally in the EdTech industry or with a sales cycle of 2 to 4 months.
  • +2 years’ experience leading sales teams. 
  • Proficient in Hubspot and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
    Native Spanish and C1 level of English, Catalan will be a plus.
