QA Team Lead for an Innovative Saas Startup

We are seeking for a skilled QA Team Lead to join a dynamic company driven by the passion to excel in the cloud computing industry. Here you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of a cloud-based software product.

QA Team Lead responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the QA team, provide guidance, mentorship and technical expertise to drive efficient and effective testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Define and develop al QA processes within the engineer organization together with the EM.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the QA team.
Responsible for the development and execution of all test plans & for the implementation and maintenance of the automated testing frameworks in the company.

Requirements:

Experience in leading and managing QA teams
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Strong background in manual & automated testing tools and methodologies.
