QA Team Lead for a International Gaming Company

We're looking for a gaming lover to join and become the key member as a QA Lead for a Big Gaming Company with HQ in Barcelona, in order to manage a team of QA, participate and enable the launching of a NEW Game.
Responsibilities:
- As a leader, guide & coach your team's growth to align with project delivery demands.
- Ensure that your team sustains elevated levels of motivation, engagement and a healthy work-life balance.
- Improve development processes from quality perspective.
- Enhancing development processes with a focus on quality.
- Ensuring that quality considerations are integrated into the pre-production phase of new features.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years leading a QA team.
- Experience in QA for mobile
- High level of english, both spoken and written.
Benefits:
- SR: Up to 65k
