QA & Customer Support role for a Mobile Apps Startup based in Barcelona.

We're currently managing a QA & Customer Support role for a Mobile Apps Startup based in Barcelona.

This is a hybrid role that combines testing 2 of the main Apps, identifying our user's problems or internal bugs, and communicating with our users to make sure issues/bugs are solved, and we bring the best Customer Support service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & solve technical issues within our Apps
  • Test Apps elements and communicate with our developers team and users
  • Read all the tickets that we receive (complains, suggestions and questions) from our users
  • Manage ticketing through Notion
  • Answer the reviews we receive in Apple Store and Google Play
  • Test all App functionalities when we release a new App Update to identify new bugs
  • Calling users to solve their tickets faster will be a plus
  • You will be responsible for 2 Mobile Apps for iOS and Android

Requirements:

  • +1 year of experience in a QA, Customer Support or similar Technical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
  • Passion for identifying bugs and solving user's problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced english level (C1)
  • Willingness to answer tickets: we usually recieve 80 tickets every week in average
  • Extroverted interpersonal skills
