We are collaborating with a start-up that is looking for a Python developer to take a key role in scaling their innovative product.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable backend applications in Python.

• Lead feature development while continuously improving existing services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and ensure engineering best practices.

• Build and maintain robust backend services, including integrations with third-party APIs.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform optimization for distributed systems.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and help elevate overall team capabilities.

Requirements

• Solid experience building Python applications in production.

• Strong command of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools, and data processing workflows.

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed architectures.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern container orchestration practices.

• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and secure coding standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for debugging and optimization.
