Wallet Project Manager for Global Gaming Company

A leading and consolidated technology company in Barcelona, which is dedicated to offering solutions for the global gaming industry is looking for a Wallet Project Manager.

Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Oversee end-to-end business operations within the division.
• Ensure functionality of customer-facing operations and drive tech projects for business and product growth.
• Maintain client communication, negotiate requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively analyze customer engagement, suggesting improvements for satisfaction and retention.
• Take charge of new payment projects from inception to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations for clients.
• Assist sales in negotiations with technical expertise and issue resolution.
• Hold regular project status meetings to update stakeholders and address concerns.
• Evaluate new feature impacts on systems and ensure widespread requirement fulfillment.
• Facilitate communication between teams and departments, clearing impediments.
• Identify upselling opportunities aligning with customer needs.
• Monitor product/platform performance, addressing bottlenecks and initiating resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) is preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in project management and operations within the mobile payment gateway sector.
• Track record of managing diverse technology projects in Finance, Fintech, E-Commerce, wallet, or IGaming domains.
• Proven background as an Implementation or Project Manager, consistently delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in customer negotiation and continuous product implementation oversight.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including task prioritization, resource management, and deadline adherence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, enabling management of multiple concurrent projects.
• Profound organizational and communication proficiencies.
• Outstanding leadership and customer service aptitude.
• Fluent in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Readiness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
