Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background to coordinate and drive the successful delivery of software development initiatives. This role focuses on execution, planning, and team alignment, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to release. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery quality and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level roadmaps into prioritized features and actionable user stories.

• Coordinate engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of planned releases.

• Improve team efficiency by removing operational bottlenecks and automating administrative processes.

• Communicate project progress and delivery status to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership teams.

• Manage technical dependencies and infrastructure requirements that support software development activities.

• Monitor project performance through telemetry, metrics, and operational indicators to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle from concept to release.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical strategies to diverse audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience working within complex technical or regulated environments such as cybersecurity, cloud, banking, or telecommunications.

• Valuable: Agile Product Owner Foundations, CCNA, or similar certifications.
