We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Controller Senior to join a growing technology-driven organization focused on innovation and excellence in project execution. This role will be key in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technological and R&D projects — meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage technological and R&D projects from initial definition to delivery and closure.
• Supervise project schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee financial performance: cost tracking, deviation control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage technical and operational risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (software engineering, QA, security, legal, marketing, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with norms and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ENS, RGPD, NIS2, etc.).
• Prepare technical and administrative documentation for audits and public funding justifications (Red.es, CDTI, INCIBE, Horizon Europe, etc.).
• Implement and maintain management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). Oversee quality assurance processes (testing, deployment, documentation, reporting).
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and management practices.

Requirements: 

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Complementary training in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology projects.
• Proven experience in financial control and justification of public-funded projects (Red.es, CDTI, H2020, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Agile / hybrid methodologies, technical team integration, and executive reporting.
• Solid understanding of information security and regulatory compliance (ENS, ISO 27001, RGPD).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalents).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
