Project Manager for a Global Technological Hub

We are currently managing a Project Manager role for a tech hub within the retail sector. This position will oversee initiatives across different countries, ensuring integration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all efforts, collaborating with Product Managers and Product Owners of the squads.
• Understand the company’s and countries’ needs and collect innovative use cases.
• Build and define specific requirements for new and ongoing products.
• Prioritize efforts with the management team to enhance product functionality and meet squad needs.
• Develop detailed product and feature documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and align roadmap with business goals.
• Anticipate and manage customer needs in relation to the technical team, ensuring integration of business and user requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a project management role.
• Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Ability to work in both languages.
• Solid business understanding and product oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, analytical mindset.
• Highly organized with exceptional skills in managing projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Great skills managing stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for engaging with both internal teams and external customers, with a strong sense of empathy.
• Profesionalism, authonomy, team player and energetic, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities.
