Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead international deployments of a digital product across multiple countries. You will balance the global roadmap with local market needs, acting as the key product voice in both international and in-country discussions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a data-driven approach, and confident decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product rollout and integration across multiple countries, coordinating teams, dependencies, and GDPR-aligned delivery.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business outcomes, running workshops, presentations, and training to drive adoption.

• Partner with Product Owners to align local requirements with the global roadmap and protect strategic priorities.

• Track rollouts, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate milestones with Product Owners and Tech Leads.

• Gather local market feedback, filter incoming requests, and manage prioritization and negotiation in complex conversations.

• Collaborate with Data and Design to validate hypotheses, define problems, and measure product impact using business metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in software or digital product rollouts.

• Hands-on experience in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.

• Proven track record managing complex, international initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and unblock delivery proactively.

• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and build high-impact presentations.

• Understanding of technical architecture concepts such as APIs and authentication systems, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.
