Product Manager for an International Technological Hub

We are currently managing a Product Manager role for a global company driving digital transformation in retail and consumer analytics. This position will act as the bridge between the development team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the Squad and stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Identify business needs and ensure alignment between technical teams and countries.
• Oversee project execution, track KPIs, and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure successful product adoption through training and workshops with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and remove project roadblocks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a digital environment managing stakeholders and product adoption.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM), Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Spanish (German is a plus).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple international stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and product enablement.
