Performance Marketing Manager for a Mobile Apps Start-up

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Performance Marketing Manager / User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on various mobile advertising platforms, including TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

You will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention for our productivity mobile apps while ensuring a positive ROAS.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive mobile performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Platform Expertise: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
  • Audience Targeting: Identify and target relevant user segments, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience for our mobile apps.
  • Creative Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to create and optimize ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing and data-driven analysis to refine ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for optimal performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align campaign objectives with app features and updates.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines on each platform.
  • Experimentation: Continuously explore and implement new advertising channels and tactics to expand the user base.

Requirements:

  • Experience with both Android and iOS Mobile Ads Campaigns.
  • Experience using MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch or Kochava, among others)
  • Experience with iOS Attribution.
  • Experience with SKAN 4.0
  • Experience managing +100k monthly budgets for User Acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the following KPI's: ROI, ROAS, ARPU, CPI, CPA, CPS, Conversion Rate, Retention, among others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging mobile marketing technologies.
  • Prior experience in Mobile Gaming, Mobile Apps, Tech Start-Ups or Mobile Agencies.
