Performance Marketer for a Mobile Apps Startup located in Barcelona, Spain

You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns that directly impact the growth and expansion of their cutting-edge products.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads (ASA). 
• Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize ROI. 
• Create high-performing marketing creatives by sourcing references and collaborating with freelancers and artists. 
• Optimize app store presence through App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive organic downloads. 
• Explore and test new growth channels to enhance company visibility and reach. 
• Work closely with the team to develop a performance marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile apps. 
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns with budgets exceeding $30K/month. 
• Familiarity with mobile app tracking tools (MMPs like AppsFlyer) and SKAN (StoreKit Ad Network). 
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics. 
• Proficiency in creating and optimizing ad creatives. 
• Autonomous, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset. 
• Good level of spoken and written English.
