Performance Growth Specialist for a Healthcare

We are looking for a Performance Growth Specialist to join a leading European company in digital dental prosthesis and orthodontics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the performance digital marketing plan.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance across various channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, SEO).
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs and provide insights to local teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to enhance marketing campaigns and landing pages.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant analytics platforms.
• Experience with B2B marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
