Network Engineer L2
We are looking for a Network Engineer L2 to support and manage secure network solutions in regulated environments within the financial services sector.
You will work with modern network technologies across SD-WAN, WAN, LAN/WLAN, VPN/SASE, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, incident resolution, continuous improvement, and compliance-focused operations.
Responsibilities

Provide operational support for global network services, ensuring performance, availability, and secure connectivity.

Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure using SolarWinds and related telemetry tools.

Manage incidents and changes across routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and load-balancing environments.

Coordinate with third-party carriers and vendors to resolve connectivity and transport-layer issues.

Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation within ServiceNow and compliance processes.

Support onboarding, documentation handovers, and continuous improvement initiatives for network services.
Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and connectivity technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF.

Experience working with SDWAN, VPN, LAN/WLAN, cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and security-focused network services.

Knowledge of ITSM workflows, ServiceNow, Zero-Touch Deployment, and Infoblox IPAM/DNS/DHCP administration.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to create audit-ready documentation.
