- Design and implement scalable and parameterized ETL/ELT processes by country, ensuring operational independence.
- Develop and improve incremental data cleansing and SoT (Source of Truth) workflows.
- Monitor data quality through automated metrics and alerts, ensuring consistency, integrity, and completeness.
- Contribute to the design and continuous evolution of the company’s data architecture, including data warehouse, data lake, and system integration flows.
- Provide technical support to the product, reporting, and AI teams (chatbot, dashboards, APIs).
- Promote best practices in documentation, version control, testing, and code review.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python (Pandas, Airflow, FastAPI) and SQL (BigQuery, CloudSQL).
- Solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake design — schema design, partitioning, data modeling, and metadata management.

- Proven experience in automation: CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), scripting, and structured logging.
- Hands-on experience with version control and documentation tools such as Git, Notion, Confluence, or Basecamp.
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Technical English (for documentation and international vendors) and fluent Spanish.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation, aligned with experience and the senior tech market in Spain.
- Collaborative and flexible culture: remote, dynamic, and global environment that values initiative and critical thinking.
