Junior Campaign Manager for an International Technology Hub based in Barcelona

We are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing team, for an International Technology Hub located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

Manage campaign setup and optimization,via AdServer, Data Management Platform and/or tracking tools.
Monitor marketing content and URLs and oversee performance and quality.
Proactively develop and present ideas to improve performance and quality of service.
Identify and propose potential optimizations to our advertising partners.
Work at the intersection between sales team, agencies, clients and external vendors.

Requirements

Degree in marketing, communication, business or related fields.
A previous experience managing digital marketing and programmatic campaigns.
Understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Xandr, Meta Ads, etc).
Strong interest in technologies and media innovations
Strong ability to transform complex information into concise and executive summaries.
Spanish and English, German would be a plus.
A proactive and agile mindset with excellent communication skills and comfortable working independently and within international teams
