IT SysAdmin Senior for a Silicon Innovative Start-up

We are working with a fast-growing European technology company seeking a hands-on IT SysAdmin Senior, to support and scale our IT operations. This role will ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra, SharePoint) and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Administer Linux servers and workstations, ensuring stability and security.
• Provide advanced IT support, collaborating with the Service Desk and Cybersecurity teams.
• Oversee IT infrastructure improvements and vendor coordination.
• Drive IT process optimization and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Linux administration, and cloud services.
• ITIL knowledge and networking/security experience are a plus.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
