We are collaborating with a global organization seeking a skilled IT Office 365 Lead to manage Office 365 Administration & End-User Computing team in Barcelona. This role will oversee end-user support operations, drive continuous improvement across productivity and collaboration tools, and ensure best-in-class service delivery within a Microsoft-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 IT technicians, fostering a high-performance and user-focused culture.
• Oversee the administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Security & Compliance).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, security policies, and ensure full compliance across collaboration platforms.
• Administer Intune MDM for Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including enrollment, updates, and application deployment.
• Guarantee reliable deployment and support of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Monitor and manage the Microsoft Security suite (Defender, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Security & Compliance Center).
• Oversee IT service delivery KPIs, SLAs, and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, Office 365 administration, Intune MDM, and end-user computing.
• 3+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Hands-on experience managing Intune MDM for Windows, iOS, and Android environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Security tools and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Fluent English.
