We are looking for a IT Manager proactive, hands-on individual with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. 

This person will be responsible for managing our IT operations, working closely with providers, and supporting the growth of our internal IT team as the company expands.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity projects across the organization.
• Manage relationships with key external providers, including service desk, systems, hardware procurement, and data center operations.
• Support the development and management of a growing internal IT team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with the company’s goals.
• Drive the implementation of ITprocesses and ensure alignment with business needs and corporate strategy.
• Coordinate implementation of robust cybersecurity practices across the organization.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in project management and working with external providers.
• Knowledge of cloud services, networking, and server environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in a startup environment or similar.
