IT Helpdesk for a global FinTech

We are currently managing an IT Helpesk for a leading global fintech in the optimization and management of expenses, bookings, and business travel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company email distribution list up to date.
- Good communication skills to work with external and internal teams across Europe.
- Maintain records of all software licenses and work with the HR team to ensure service accounts are set up.
- Helping with login issues or hardware problems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in scripting with Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with Windows Server, macOS, and Office 365.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Proactive attitude and patience in user interactions.
