Senior Technical Engineer in Legalization Projects

We are looking for an Engineer specialized in technical legalization projects to join a growing technical team focused on the design, documentation, and management of installation projects. The role involves working across diverse environments such as commercial spaces and industrial facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance. It is a hands-on position office-based technical work.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical projects and legalization reports for building installations including electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and gas systems.

• Manage administrative procedures and submissions with public authorities and certification bodies.

• Prepare technical certificates and final project documentation ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with installers, architects, and clients throughout project execution phases.

• Interpret and apply current technical regulations and standards for installation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Technical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of applicable installation regulations (REBT, RITE, fire protection standards and related frameworks).

• Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.

• Strong technical writing skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and structured way.

• Valuable: previous experience in legalization processes, public administration procedures, or construction site environments.
