HR Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join a dynamic international technology environment. In this hands-on role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, contribute to efficient People Operations, and work closely with international colleagues. You will help deliver an excellent employee experience while maintaining smooth HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.

• Coordinate onboarding processes to provide a positive experience for new employees.

• Prepare HR documentation, employment contracts, payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR records in HR systems.

• Manage employee administration, including medical check-ups, occupational health and safety (PRL), and daily People Operations.

• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, purchase orders, and business travel arrangements.

• Collaborate with international teams on HR projects while supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.

• Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

• Experience using HRIS and/or ATS platforms.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.

• Valuable: Hebrew language skills.
