HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join an international technology environment undergoing significant growth. This role combines strategic People guidance with hands-on HR operations, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to strengthen employee experience, talent development and organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational development and team management.

• Advise leaders on performance, employee relations and professional development decisions.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and exit interviews.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary variables, employee documentation and HR administration.

• Lead performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, development plans and talent mapping.

• Analyse People Analytics indicators and drive initiatives related to culture, engagement and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bring at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a comparable position.

• Demonstrate experience in technology companies, digital businesses, startups or scaleups.

• Apply solid knowledge of Spanish employment law, labour relations, Social Security and occupational risk prevention.

• Use HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, SAP or similar tools, together with Google Workspace.

• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Valuable: German language skills, Agile experience, People Analytics knowledge and a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
