IT Operations Specialist (French Speaking) for an IT Solutions company based in Barcelona.

We are currently managing an IT Operations & Systems role for an IT Services company that is scaling up their Tech department!

We are trying to find a specialist with strong knowledge in both MySQL and Microcomputing that will help guarantee the correct functioning of servers, databases, and hardware, while supporting banking platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 10% of the time to internal and external microcomputing tasks.

• Dedicate 90% of the time to analyzing and resolving internal and client-related incidents.

• Execute banking operations related to the platform.

• Manage the setup and start-up of client services (hardware/platform) and provide post-implementation support.

• Administer and exploit corporate tools (admin, cgr, etc.) and commercial tools (PBX, Google, etc.).

• Monitor internal software to ensure its correct performance.

Requirements

• Higher Degree (CFGS) in Systems and Networks or equivalent.

• Essential knowledge of MySQL databases.

• Essential knowledge of Windows and microcomputing.

• Proven experience in mid-sized or large corporate environments.

• High level of French (with technical conversational skills) and fluent Spanish (Catalan is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Availability for occasional travel.

• Valued: Knowledge of Java/programming for debugging or AWS (Cloud).
