Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product to shape product strategy while leading the design, launch, and scaling of AI-native systems in a high-growth technology environment. In this role, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership to build a scalable product-tech function and drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align execution with long-term goals and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global product strategy aligned with growth goals and AI-driven transformation.

• Lead the delivery of AI-native systems, covering technical analysis, architecture definition, go-to-production, and operational validation.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across delivery processes, product features, and internal workflows.

• Build, develop, and scale high-performing technical teams with clear structures and strong execution standards.

• Own product metrics and KPIs such as churn rate, NPS, time-to-value, retention, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.

• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, delivery, and marketing leaders and represent product-tech in executive-level decision making.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product-tech roles, with a software engineering background.

• Proven experience in technology environments such as SaaS, AI-native services, or startups/scale-ups.

• Track record leading product roadmaps, launching AI-driven features, or delivering digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous, high-growth contexts.

• Strong leadership, technical communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Hands-on familiarity with cloud tooling, CI/CD practices, and modern tech stacks.
