Head of Product for a SaaS Company based in Barcelona

We are currently managing a Head of Product role for a B2B & B2C SaaS Company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product team in defining and executing the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer personas, and user behavior to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritizing features, defining requirements, and overseeing product testing and quality assurance.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging insights to drive product improvements, enhancements, and iterations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product team, promoting a customer-centric mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices domain to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a product management or leadership role within the software industry, preferably in the B2B and B2C SaaS space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
