Head of Customer Success for Prop-Tech & B2B Start-Up in Barcelona

We are currently managing a Head of Customer Success role for a Prop-Tech Startup in Barcelona!
The ideal candidate loves creating long-term relationships with customers and helping them get the most of the product / service their are paying for, ideally, a professional with experience in Real Estate companies.
Main goals of the role:

Drive strategies centered around customer onboarding, product adoption, retention and expansion efforts

Manage a small team responsible for overseeing the post-sales customer lifecycle of a portfolio of commercial Real Estate companies, primarily in the US market
-
Take a leadership role in managing strategic relationships with our most important customers and partners
-
Continuously improving processes that lead to an exceptional customer experience for our customer base
-
Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent interpersonal skills
Head of Customer Success responsibilities:
-
Define strategies and build programs to attract customers, drive satisfaction and help achieve their desired goals.

Lead and manage a team of Customer Success specialists.

Strengthen and expand our relationships with clients and partners by ensuring productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Set KPI's and round up data to help drive conclusions related to team efficiency, client happiness and revenue growth.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and streamline processes.

Review and prioritize customer queries, questions, and technical concerns.
Requirements:
-
Bilingüal / Native level of English (native from english-speaking countries).
-
Previous work experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.

Experience in B2B & SaaS companies is a plus.
-
Ability to create customer organizational structures, define milestones, success criteria, and more.

High attention to detail.
-
Be able to work under pressure and set priorities
