Head of Customer Success for Prop-Tech & B2B Scale-Up in Barcelona

 

Hi there!

We are currently managing a Head of Customer Success role for a Prop-Tech Startup in Barcelona!

The ideal profile is someone who loves creating long-term relationships with customers and helping them get the most of the product / service their are paying for, ideally, a professional with experience in Real Estate companies.

 

About the role:

 

  • Drive strategies centered around customer onboarding, product adoption, retention and expansion efforts.
  • Manage a small team responsible for overseeing the post-sales customer lifecycle of a portfolio of commercial real estate companies, primarily in the U.S market.
  • Take a leadership role in managing strategic relationships with our most important customers and partners
  • Continuously improving processes that lead to an exceptional customer experience for our customer base.

 

Manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Head of Customer Success Responsabilities:
 

  • Define strategies and build programs to attract customers, drive satisfaction and help achieve their desired goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success specialists.
  • Strengthen and expand our relationships with clients and partners by ensuring productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Set KPI's and round up data to help drive conclusions related to team efficiency, client happiness and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and streamline processes.
  • Review and prioritize customer queries, questions, and technical concerns.

Requirements:
 

  • Bilingüal / Native level of english (native from english-speaking countries).
  • Previous work experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
  • Experience in B2B SAAS companies is a plus.
  • Ability to create customer organizational structures, define milestones, success criteria, and more.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Be able to work under pressure and set priorities
