Growth Marketing VP for Technology Solutions Company

We are currently managing a Growth Marketing VP role for an important Technology Solutions Company based in México City & Bogotá!
This is a fast-growing company, backed by angel investors, venture capital & private equity funds.
The main goal of the role is to enhance the G2M, lead generation & brand awareness strategy across the regional operations of the company (US, México & Colombia).
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, with a strong background in demand generation, brand awareness & customer engagement.
Additionally, the candidate has prior experience in multi-channel marketing and growth-related functions and comes from a TECH Venture environment.
Growth Marketing VP responsabilities:
Revenue & lead generation:
- Report to the Chief Growth Officer regarding the overall marketing strategy
- Spearhead marketing division working with the sales team to define adequate multi-channel marketing strategies
- Spearhead the lead generation strategies oriented towards building a strong pipeline of customers across the company's product and market of operations.
- Develop marketing planning, budgeting and executing marketing programs for all products & markets operations.
- Design, implement and manage automated marketing campaigns
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and track key indicators optimizing the products’ SEO
- Design and execute pre-launch marketing strategies for our new MVPs to create awareness and build a set of beta-testing customers
- Work closely with our partners, join campaigns to maximize targeted outreach and deliver results on acquired leads
- Monitor key metrics including customer acquisition cost, leads per marketing channel, website traffic, general marketing funnel and budget compliance
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns whilst analyzing and presenting results among different audiences
Communications & Brand Awareness
- Design and execute G2M and other marketing (inbound & outbound) strategies and initiatives to maximize sales funnel & sales conversion (short and long term)
- Coordinate public relationships, executive & company communications and brand strategies to maximize brand awareness
- Identify key technology events both local and international to maximize awareness of the brand and our value proposition
- Coordinate internal & external communication: manage internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events, vendors, periodic newsletter and other projects
Analytics, Business Intelligence & Performance
- Monitor key metrics including customer acquisition cost, leads per marketing channel, website traffic, general marketing funnel and budget compliance
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns whilst analyzing and presenting results among different audiences.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
- +5 years of marketing & growth experience in a high-performance and entrepreneurial environment (lead generation, G2M, brand awareness, marketing campaign budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring and optimization)
- At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience in the tech sector.
- Languages: Spanish (Fluent), English (Advanced)
This role is Hybrid and the location of the role is in Mexico City o Bogotá.
Salary range:
- American dollars: $2555,61 / month to $3833,42 / month
- Mexican pesos: 50.000,00 MXN / month to 75.000,00 MXN / month
- Colombian pesos: 12.712.099,05 COP / month to 19.068.148,00 COP / month
* From 3 to 6 months of bonus depending on KPI’s performance + company’s equity.
