Golang developer for an e-commerce

We are collaborating with a leading e-commerce scale-up, powering millions of product views and thousands of orders every day. They are looking for a Golang developer who loves tackling scalability, performance, and data challenges at large scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Go microservices applying DDD, Clean Architecture and CQRS.
- Work with MongoDB for persistence and Redis/Valkey for high-performance caching.
- Contribute to REST and GraphQL APIs consumed by high-traffic web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure real-time synchronization of product, stock and pricing data across distributed systems.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployments in Kubernetes.
- Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring domain consistency, testing, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, frontend and data teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering (ideally in high-traffic or e-commerce environments).
- 2+ years working professionally with Go in production systems.
- Strong knowledge of DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on with MongoDB, MySQL, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and Redis/Valkey.
- Experience designing and consuming REST & GraphQL APIs.
- Solid experience in automated testing practices (unit, integration, contract, consumer-driven).
- Ownership mindset: from system design to deployment and monitoring.
- It's a plus the experience using LLM-based tools for coding, testing, or refactoring.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how internal data sources can be exposed as agent-accessible tools.
