Full-stack Product Innovator

We are looking for a Full-stack Product Innovator to join an internal innovation team focused on improving operational workflows through scalable software solutions.

You will help build and evolve a centralized platform used by account management and operational teams, combining product development with infrastructure reliability responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment with ownership across product, architecture, and platform scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Next.js and backend services with NestJS.

• Manage cloud infrastructure within Azure and support CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and platform stability.

• Optimize application performance through caching strategies, database query improvements, and scalable architecture decisions.

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and automated data pipelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and transform ideas into internal software solutions.

• Participate in rapid prototyping, product iteration, and technical discussions around scalability and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development supporting live production platforms.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience building SSR applications using Next.js and React.

• Solid experience with Node.js and NestJS for scalable backend development.

• Practical understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and scalability concepts.

• Valuable: experience with Python, HubSpot integrations, or implementing AI-related features in products.
