Founding Full Stack Engineer 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the foundational architecture for the company’s new web platform.
• Lead core decisions regarding frontend, backend, API design, and deployment approaches.
• Frontend architecture development through the adoption of modern frameworks.
• Build scalable, high-efficiency user interfaces that handle complex data.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of backend services and APIs.
• Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript technologies.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and other equivalent backend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted database solutions like CloudSQL, BigQuery, MongoDB, or their equivalents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack and platform/product engineering.
• Proven experience building systems from scratch or leading major rewrites.
• Hands-on experience in architecting systems from inception and leading major rewrites
• Proficient in aligning product development with strategic business goals.
• Motivated by ownership, accountability, and designing critical systems.
