Engineering Manager for Fintech

We’re partnering with an international Fintech scale-up, a market leader in Digital Identity technology trusted by leading banks and financial institutions.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to spearhead their Barcelona tech hub. This is a strategic role where you’ll collaborate with leadership in Amsterdam while growing and inspiring the team in Spain.

Responsibilities:

Lead and scale 2 Squads (between 10 to 15 people).
Drive engineering best practices and foster innovation.
Mentor and grow talent, developing future leaders.
Partner with product leadership to shape the roadmap

Requierments:

8+ years in software product engineering & 3+ years leading teams.
Proven experience hiring, mentoring and retaining talent.
Strong knowledge of modern web applications (Azure, .NET, React is a plus).
Solid background with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2).
